When it’s time to get a home sold don’t automatically be ready to put on your boxing gloves. It can be easy to think that there are certain demands you desire and you just will not let anyone walk all over you and besides, you love your home and you just want to make sure that everyone will appreciate all the blood, sweat and tears that have gone into making your home what it is today. I understand.
It’s just important to know that selling a home involves you and the Buyer, therefore it’s best for both parties to work amicably together to work towards a peaceful and beneficial home sale for all. You’re not going to want to say White when the Buyer says Black nor dig your heels in against all Buyer requests. This doesn’t mean that you have to agree to all of their requests and they should not be demanding either, but cooperation goes a long way when selling your home.
If you’re one of the fortunate home Sellers who has hired a Realtor who knows how to list homes for sale and recommended a list price that is priced just right in order to generate Buyer’s interest and Buyer’s offers where the Buyer’s offer you have accepted is above your original list price, remember again, not to say “no” to all that the Buyer may request.
