The Ramblewood neighborhood is located in the southeast area of Coral Springs. Average lot sizes run about 10,000 square foot so if you’re looking for a nice lot size opposed to a zero lot line home, you’ll find that in Ramblewood. The neighborhood is located in the area south of Royal Palm Blvd, east and west of Riverside Drive, South to Atlantic Blvd, a bit east of University Drive to the canal line east of Riverside Drive that runs north and south in this area. Located in east central Coral Springs, its location puts it in close proximity to the center of town, nearby the Coral Square mall and the ever popular, The Walk; all great attributes for a Coral Springs neighborhood.

You’ll also find smaller pockets of subdivisions nestled in and around the Ramblewood area such as; Alta Vista, Breezewood, Feathertree, Forest Glen, Country Wood Estates, Spring Circle Villas, Ramblewood Villas and Governors Walk.
Nearby is the popular Coral Springs’ main street for open air dining, shopping, entertainment and professional offices at The Walk located about 5 minutes away. Or if you’re looking for a large shopping mall, you won’t have to travel too far to the Coral Square Mall as it’s located just a few minutes away. Throughout the city you’ll also find plazas with retail boutiques and more dining spots frequented by the locals, plus popular, well known chains. We always want to know where the locals go as this will lead us to some of the best places in town.
You’ll find the grocery shopping brands of Publix, Walmart and Target. In addition, if you’re more health conscious and like to shop particular natural food stores you’ll be delighted to know that Coral Springs’ offers you Whole Foods Market and The Fresh Market and don’t forget the Coral Springs’ farmers green market too!

Homes were built from the mid 1970’s to the late 1980’s, with the addition of Governor’s Walk during the mid 1990’s.
- Sherwood Forest is the largest located at 1600 N.W. 91st Avenue – on 29 acres you’ll find it has a volleyball court, horseshoe pit, playground, bocce ball, a nature area, jogging & walk trail, grills & tables, plus 3 picnic pavilions and restrooms.
- Ramblewood Park at 1806 N.W. 82nd Avenue – 1 acre of natural setting.
- Countrywood Park at 8395 N.W. 14th Court – 0.5 acre with a children’s playground and tables.
